Arm©

Arm© is the world's leading processor architecture designer. I work with the engineering teams, supporting them with tools, processes and methods to develop and provide the world-class quality products to our customers.

My job is great combination of technology and people and I love both.

I have lots of virtual meetings where we discuss ongoing problems and challenges, looking for root causes and potential improvements, I analyze metrics, look for trends and ideas where can we do better, report the quality performance to the leadership and facilitate community meetings, and to share best practices and ideas (and many more).

Right after finishing my Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering, I started working in a semiconductor company as a supply-chain manager. Few years after I earned my MBA degree, I was promoted to Operations Lead. When it was a young start-up, I joined Valens and established both an Operations and Quality infrastructure. When we became big, I took the full responsibility for Quality. After 10 years there, I moved on to another super fun role at Karamba Security as a PMO. Then I got an offer to move to Arm and relocate to the UK. It has been a great decision!

Something I want to achieve is to go back to school - maybe for a PhD. Living in Cambridge, UK, I can make this dream possible.

I enjoy volunteering in various social projects, to do sport, and to travel with kids.
