I am on a mission to retain women in tech. I provide 1:1 executive coaching for women leaders in tech who are burnt out or feeling overwhelmed, tired of not being listened to, and want to lead from a place of empathy and compassion instead of the typical assertive leadership stereotype.

My passion for tech started at the age of 5 and got my first computer, a Commodore 64. Even though I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, I moved out to the Silicon Valley in 2000 to be a web developer during the dot com boom, and fell in love with the culture, tech and climate. Since then, I've worked at a variety of tech companies on various consumer facing technologies including Apple, Zynga, and Tile. I almost left the tech industry in 2018 after being burnt out by the way women in tech are treated. I am back and on a mission to keep other women with me. I can't become part of the 56% of women who leave tech after 10-20 years. I want to create a future where tech truly fulfills the needs of women and underrepresented minorities.

I want to keep building on my mission to keep women in tech through public speaking, and teaching other engineering leaders about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I love playing video games, snuggling on the couch with my 2 pups, or enjoying drives through nature.

"Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn’t be that women are the exception." -- Ruth Bader Ginsburg
