I am a Student studying for my A Levels this year and going onto University next year where I will be studying Computer Science. I am also a campaigner and very involved with the STEMettes, a company that encourages young women into the STEM industry
I go to different panel events and try to encourage young girls like yourself to go into Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. I am also running a campaign to give girls laptops that they can take home and use to go to online school
I love sharing my experiences and helping young girls follow their dreams by providing them with laptops or encouraging them myself. I absolutely love meeting like minded girls who want to go into technology and helping them get there.
My typical day is much like any student, I go to school in the morning and learn all about computers and maths. Once I finish school, I may have a panel where I will talk about the work I am doing and how others can join. I may have some meetings about my campaign where I will talk with newspapers and people who want to help.
So far I only have my GCSEs but I was involved in many campaigns when I was younger, like UNICEF and Save The Children. Being a part of these companies have let me help so many people and helped me to run my own campaign and help others.
In the future, I'd like to go to University and be able to encourage, inspire and help so many young girls to follow their dreams and passions into technology, science and mathsm careers.
I have been doing Ballet since I was 3 years old and I absolutely love it. It helps me unwind from the day and I love being able to express myseof not only through words but through dance as well. I am also a very big Musical Theatre Fan which means I know all the lyrics to every musical and it means I can sing all of the songs as well, something else I do for fun.
