I head the Product Strategy for the products we build in Makers Lab, the Innovation wing of Tech Mahindra. I also lead the research in the area of Agritech
I love that I can remain a STEM person while growing in the organization. I love to explore new areas and build products which will make a real difference to people’s lives
Typically, I have calls with my teams to help them progress their work, as well as with our clients and customers to share what we do. We have design thinking workshops, discovery of new areas by visiting sites, and I also love to spend time learning new technologies.
After completing my Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, I joined Tech Mahindra and have been there for more than 22 years. In this long journey, I started as a developer, and progressed through the grades to do designs, leading teams as small as 3 members to 300 members, project and program managing large software deliveries, doing presales as well as account management for tier 1 telecom customers. I also built a product which brought revenues to our organization. And finally landed myself into the Research and Development group where I can spread my wings and explore different areas!
I plan to build products for the organization and maybe have my own start up with a good product!
I love reading, listening to music, writing poetry and of course spending time with my kids who are 13 and 15.
