I love getting to interact with people from all over the world while helping resolve the issues they call in about.
A typical day at work for me involves answering chats and emails from sellers who need assistance navigating the website or wanting answers about their sales and payments.
I've had years of customer service experience and came from Kohl's after a few years working there. A lot of my employment background has helped shape me for this role.
I would love to eventually move into a role where I can help guide and coach other employees and hope to stay with eBay for years to come.
I'm a huge bookworm so I love to curl up with a good book and hot cup of coffee!
