eBay - we are a global marketplace that aspires to be the best platform for buyers and sellers everywhere.

I am part of eBay's Ads Product team, and my team's job is to serve as the written voice of our Ads products (i.e. all of the words you see within our ads tools that help you understand why you should use the product and how it works). It's also our job to help ensure consistent messaging about our Ads products across all touch points, such as marketing, customer service, etc.

It's all about the people. Whether it's the customers we are solving for or the people that I get to work with every day, I love that I get to take a more people-centric approach to the work we do.

80% meetings and 20% independent work. Since I'm a people manager and work with lots of cross-functional partners, I spend more of my day in meetings vs working independently.

I spent the first decade of my career working on the sales side of Advertising at big tech companies like Google and LinkedIn and made the jump to the Product side after getting my MBA from Cornell Tech (part of their inaugural MBA class #v1).

The truth is... I'm not sure, and I think that's ok. For me, it's less about the 'what' and more about the 'how.' As long as I get to control how I'm going to do things, I'm less bothered about what I will be doing in the future.

Spend time with friends and family, workout regularly, watch way too much tv, travel, ski and explore new places in NYC
