Our goal is to hold eBay’s employees and technology teams around the world accountable by ensuring that everyone is doing the right thing in the way we run our business processes and secure our technologies. We do this to keep our customer and employee information safe. I also partner with teams across the company to help educate them on why our policies are important and what the risks are when we don’t all follow the rules.

I love the people I work with and partner with, and I love learning new things every day to improve myself and my organization. Finally, I love that what my team and I do every day has a direct impact on helping eBay teams around the world do the right thing.
I spend most days working with my team to figure out the direction we want to go, what we should be looking at during audits we perform, collaborating with my teams to solve problems, answer questions and come up with better ways of doing things. I work hard to remove roadblocks for my teams and influence other business partners so that they gain a better understanding of why our work is important to all. We all make things happen every day and I love getting things done!
I went to junior college then a California State school to learn computer programming. I started my career as a business systems programmer and moved my way up to managing teams and projects. I worked hard to get things done on time with high quality, never compromising my integrity. I tried to treat others the way I wanted to be treated. I was open to new opportunities and later in my career focused on doing the things that seemed scary and out of reach. I am so grateful for all of the opportunities I had throughout my career and cherish the great memories that were created along the way.
My hope for the future is that my daughters find the career path that motivates and challenges them. Everyone has a different path, and for me, continuing to be challenged, learning, growing, balancing, treasuring as many moments as possible and having fun along the way has been the key to my happiness and success.
I love to be outside! Walking, hiking, jogging and exercising are the ways that help me balance my life and work. I love to spend time with my family and friends and cherish this time in my life with my husband and two teenage daughters.
