I work in HR Systems. I spend my time creating opportunities for and efficiencies in the systems by simplifying and automating business processes. We empower our employees through fast and easy-to-follow processes.
I love working for eBay because not only it is a successful business but eBay also create opportunities for non-profits across regions. I like systems, puzzles, and problem solving and the work I do in HR Systems is a little bit like that. We are constantly looking for solutions and figuring out how things work together to build one successful story.
I spend a lot of time talking with people in other groups. There is always a problem to solve or something to create. I collaborate with others to build successful stories using our HR systems.
I always loved to learn! I went to school and then university. After that I got a job as a junior in HR Systems and I kept on learning new skills that would help me grow in my career. The type of things I learned where around how systems work, skills to be a good business analyst, project management, and so on.
I would love to work with non-profits focused on helping women and children.
I love to spend time with my kids and we do spend time outdoors. We love to hike, spend time on the beach, and travel.
