I work for our Research Group and look after all the operatioanl aspects of our work. I run the hiring program focusing mainly on Early Careers - recruiting interns and graduates.
I love looking after out team, their wellbeing by organising loads of fun activities and events. I love working with young graduates and help them shape their future.
Lucky for me every day at arm is different. I work in collaboration with many teams and our current focus is on making sure our team is coping well working from home and not feeling isolated. The past year has been very challenging so our routine has changed 100%
I have a degree on International Relations and I have been very fortunate to have an interesting career from working as International Hostess on a Cruise ship to running my own events company and becoming a Project Manager which I really enjoy. Arm has allowed me to use so many different skills and eventhough I am all grown up, I am still learning new ones every day!
Hopefully the chance to grow my role in arm! Hiring / Wellbeing and Diversity!
I love sewing and cooking and I spent loads of my spare team doing that. I have 2 beautiful and creative daughters and a husband who is supportive of me trying new hobbies!
