I work on a Digital Finance Transformation Program, helping Finance stakeholders move from ECC6 to S/4 Hana. This involves digitalised and automated record to report process built on a modern digital core (S4 HANA), with reduced risk of error and fraud and much greater efficiency. This created a new finance enterprise data model that facilitates flexible reporting, supports more efficient business operation and provides business performance management decision making capabilities. With the goal of remain financially compliant and make further progress towards SOX compliance. Alongside this, a foundational robotic process automation capability in place beginning to realise efficiency benefits in Finance and across Arm.

Program go-lives are always great, you get to see everyone's hard work pay off.

I spend my day running program meetings, huddles and stand ups. Risk management and deliverable reporting. And looking into Program governance.

I studies Business Management at Oxford Brookes University, during this I done a 1 year placement at Arm within the IT-Finance department. In 2019 I returned to do a 2 year graduate scheme in IT. This involved rotations in: Business Change, IP Delivery, Technology Service Groups, Product Development and Finance.

The future is completely open for me. Next week I move onto my last rotation in as an IT grad. This is working as a business analyst on a project I'm not allowed to say much about. But hopefully once the world has recovered from Covid, I'd love to travel with work more. I'm part of the global grade team and D&I for IT. It would be great to see how other offices and cultures work.

Weight lifting and general gym obsession! I love spending time with my friends and family. Walking the dog and cooking.

Don't let yesterday take up too much of today.
