Arm provides processors and relevant support for its customers to make great microchips for our needs. Think of me like the person who can effectively translate business language to IT language. I am a meditator for Business teams who need to build something like an app, website, etc and IT teams who actually do the building of those app or website.
I love solving problems that help our business to attain business value/benefits quicker, faster and effectively.
Juggling multiple project needs, ensuring everyone understands their contribution to the bigger value clearly, and keeping everyone happy/motivated.
I started my journey as Electronics and Communication Engineer. Then I earned my Masters degree in Information Systems before I realised I'm good at analysis and designing the systems. That's when I started the role as Business Analyst and am now leading a team/Domain.
I plan on managing a Domain or Department of Arm Business to ensure we improve our business efficiency and business capability for quicker delivery to markets.
I love running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I think a nice group of friends to hang out and talk about our shared views helps me learn more outside of work.
