Sales Operations Manager

Arm - we're a semiconductor company that licenses our designs to help partners build best-in-class technology.

I create reports and dashboards to translate raw sales opportunity data into easy-to-understand summaries.

I love working with smart, motivated people and having the autonomy to find creative solutions to the problems facing our sales teams.

I spend a few hours a day in meetings, listening and learning so that I can identify areas for improvement in our sales opportunity reporting and forecasting. I spend the rest of my time building solutions for these problems using visualization tools (e.g. Power BI and Tableau,) and reporting findings to sales leadership.

I never expected to work in tech! I studied Spanish at university with the intention to become a lawyer. When I decided law wasn't for me, I took a sales support job and found I loved the fast-paced nature of sales. I worked in sales support at a couple of smaller companies in the UK before landing at Arm, where I have grown my role from basic order entry to worldwide sales reporting by taking on more complex challenges over time.

I never want to stop learning! I'd like to get my MBA, do a coding course or two, and travel as much as I can.

I like to spend my free time reading and going hiking with my husband and infant son.
