Siemens Energy - supporting customers on their way to a more sustainable future, focused on the energy market.

I work with engineers & sales teams to validate new products and services for the marketplace, ensuring customers have access to the things they really need to create a sustainable future!

I work with customers all around the world and help to ensure that they have access to products/services that will make a difference. That could gathering data for analysis, reducing emissions or even using digital solutions to remotely resolve technical issues. That's so exciting!

I often find myself either in meetings with sales teams across the world or crunching numbers to analyse the viability of a product. Sometimes I'm preparing presentation material or even going to speak to the senior leadership team to discuss my ideas.

I started my career through an engineering apprenticeship. Over three years I completed an NVQ Level 3 and a National Certificate. I then went on to do a higher certificate and was then funded by my company to complete a Mechanical Engineering BEng - all at the same time as working.

I want to move into a senior leadership position and be a role model for young talent, especially women, within the business. From a personal perspective, I want to support my two young children as they grow and ensure that I maintain a great work-life balance.

I am crazy about cars! I have 5 cars at home all of which are modified. My show car and daily both run air suspension and I take them all across the UK and Europe to car shows.

"Don't let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or your curiosity. It's your place in the world; it's your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live" - Mae Jemison, first African American woman astronaut in space
