Chief Transformation Officer

iTalent Digital is an innovative global woman- and minority-owned SaaS software products company and digital transformation consultancy headquartered in San Jose, California.

I help our clients change the way they work to make sure all the people in their company are ready, willing, and capable of adopting when systems, process or teams change. This helps companies achieve their goals faster and better.

My favorite part of my work is collaborating with people. I enjoy my team and their enthusiasm to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. I enjoy our clients realize their vision and make their world a better place.

There are the usual things I have to keep up with during the day including my email, all of my clients internal social media exchanges, and attending many meetings. I create many presentation and work in different systems to define what is changing, who is impacted, how much they are impacted and when they are impacted. I then work to help my clients create plans and execute them to get everybody ready to change.

In college, I started out wanting to be in Finance. But that changed along the way and I discovered computer science. I studied and graduated to a software engineer. My career progressed into managing projects to very large transformation programs. I then became responsible for groups of people who were doing all the project management and the software engineering. I then saw the importance of not only the technically side, but the people side and decided to focus on organizational change management.

I have had the honor of being able to lead iTalent Digital's development of Chama, our AI-driven SaaS product, to drive enterprise intelligent Change Management. I am looking forward to helping our clients to leverage Chama to drive their changes more effectively.

I love go out on my road bike and cycle into the countryside. Over the last year, I have learned how to play Pickle Ball and I am enjoying that very much. I also like to go for walks and love to hang out with friends and family.

My mother always told me I could be whatever I wanted to be. She was right. So dream away, forge ahead and realize your dream!
