Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, development, security and implementation of the company's Human Resource systems. This includes ensuring that employee demographic, job, salary, and benefit data is accurate and secure.
I love that I get to solve difficult problems that are distracting employees from their true mission. I help others focus their energy on fighting hackers in the cyber world by creating efficiencies for employees and automating manual tasks.
I meet with everyone from CEOs to new hire interns to help guide them. Troubleshooting unexpected system bugs, finding the proper fix, and creating solutions with technology are some of my favorite things.
I actually started out with a Finance degree supporting Finance and Accounting software. Then, I worked on a system that also had Human Resource programming. This dual understanding has helped me immensely in being an interpreter between two departments that do not have a lot in common.
I would like to be the best at solving problems and implementing solutions to help others where ever I am - in my personal life as a grandmother or in my career.
I love to hike, camp, kayak, and paint rocks. I enjoy doing rock paintings with my grandkids and hiding them around to spread smiles and kindness to others!
