Women In STEM as Director of Development

I founded the 2021/22 Mentorship program where I paired over 50 high school girls with professional women in STEM role models to help them increase their confidence in their career paths

I love connecting with girls my age who are sometimes unmotivated to pursue a career in STEM. I also love hearing from amazing female role models who have incredible careers in STEM and broke all stereotypes to get to where they are today.

Sending out emails and connecting with collegiate students, as well as professional STEM women through LinkedIn and Slack.

As a student I often searched for ways in which I could already be involved with STEM and immediately found the Women in STEM organization. I started by establishing my own chapter and then I decided to represent the organization worldwide!

To become a medical doctor abroad and encourage other women to follow their dreams, even if it is considered untraditional!

I love reading about new biology research as well as going to the beach and traveling with my family!
