As a technical sourcer, I am responsible for engaging talent to join Meta and to make an impact. I have a heavy focus on diversity and inclusion, bringing more diverse people to Meta and ensuring they feel safe and supported here.
I get to bring in the people who are going to build the metaverse!
I work remotely, spend a lot of time sourcing candidates through various avenues, talking to them about why they should join Meta, and working on side projects.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, as well as over five years experience in recruiting.
I have just begun speaking engagements and will continue to participate in more. All of my consulting and speaking opportunities have been focused on Neurodiversity.
I love to bake, play Fortnite online video game, and take care of my 40+ plants!
