I help leaders think ahead and figure out where they want their business to go in 3-5 years. I also operationalize programs with my team.

I get to teach people how to think differently. I get to hear how the great visionaries of the company think about their businesses and help them harness that into actionable plans.

I spend my days in meetings, building relationships, sometimes managing budgets, sometimes building program plans. But lots of meetings.

I was a Liberal Arts major in college. I fell into technology and latched on to it. I took every course offered to become technical in voice and video technology. I eventually transitioned into the business side of things and earned a Master's in project management, Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, and certifications in both Strategic Planning and Program Management.

I've been voluntarily running a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative to extend my knowledge in that area. My skills are transferrable to different types of businesses, so now I'm looking to chase a passion business.

I recently moved to be closer to family and friends. I am exploring my new city and the surrounding areas. We've become regulars at trivia night locally, too.
