I manage a team of 20 new hires to help them perform their best and find their long term career goals at eBay.

Seeing people overcome obstacles or barriers they thought they have. The satisfaction of helping them improve their work and their lives.

I meet with my team, review the work they are doing, provide feedback and suggestions on how they can improve. I motivate them for both short and long term goals and achievements.

I worked in various levels of customer service, mostly in the hospitality industry. I started as a teammate taking calls and moved up through ebay into a coaching and learning support role where I expanded my work laterally and completed my Psychology degree. I completed several temporary or learning team lead roles before taking a permanent position.

I want to learn more about the business aspect, reporting, data analysis, etc. I do really well with people, but fine tuning my abilities and talent and learning what I can do better is a main goal. Always striving to learn more!

I read 100+ books a year, anything that is suggested or sounds interesting. I love to cook and create new recipes with my family. I also am starting to enjoy traveling and planning more trips and bucket list goals.
