I manage a team of 12 engineers who help build the platform . I’m also responsible for short term and long term planning of what the team should work on and how to accomplish our goals with minimal setbacks.
I love being in charge and creating success for my team . It is also very satisfying to help shape careers for future leaders and to see them thrive and succeed.
Attending meetings and strategizing the action plan for the team. Actively developing for certain areas of the product.
I did my undergrad in computer engineering and my masters in computer science. I worked as a software developer for 10 years or so before transitioning into leadership roles like being a tech lead and then eventually into engineering management

I love dancing - I’m a trained classical dancer ; you’ll find me dancing , hiking or playing with my 3 year old when I’m not working
