I lead a team of Cybersecurity Sales Engineers, who sell our cybersecurity solutions to the Fortune 100 companies. I also mentor my engineers and help drive new ideas that will help us sell more stuff!
I enjoy carrying a goal/quota and driving a team to meet and exceed that defined goal. I also enjoy learning about cybersecurity.
A typical work day for me includes meeting with my engineers to understand the current deals they are working on, and to provide guidance on career growth. I also spend a good portion of the day driving the projects I am working on. Some of these include doing an account analysis to see where we can drive growth, meeting with other parts of the organization to drive cross collaborative work, and to facilitate trainings to be sure our teams understand cybersecurity.
I earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas. I worked in our Technical Assistance Center before moving over to a Sales Engineer. I then worked my way into leadership.
I would like to pursue entrepreneurship and build an idea from the ground up.
I enjoy paddle boarding, reading ( mostly non-fiction), riding on my Peloton, cooking plant based food, and hanging out with my husband and 2 babies.
