I am in charge of creating enablement solutions for different functions across the company, making sure Cisco employees successfully perform in their roles.
I love being able to have an impact in people´s success at work.
I start reading emails first thing in the morning and checking my calendar for upcoming meetings. I usually spend at least half my day in meetings. Then I focus on actual tangible work and deliverables.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages. While at university, I worked both as a translator and a Customer Service Specialist. After graduating, I worked in different companies and I realized that I was leaning towards Human Resources jobs. So I started exploring different types of employee-oriented activities, such as recruiting, payroll management, office management, employee benefits, etc. That allowed me to see the bigger picture around the employee environment. Then I realized how passionate I am about employee development and growth!
I would love to achieve a higher position at work where I am able to make big decisions and have a greater impact on my company´s future.
I love reading! It makes me forget everything, it relaxes me, and makes me feel great. I also do Pilates as a way to exercise and keep my body moving.
