Risk Customer Support Coach

eBay! We are a global e-commerce website facilitating consumer to consumer sales.

I support a team of 20 risk operations agents. We deal with accounts that have been compromised and assess risk on newly registered accounts. I also help develop internal trainings and assist with new hires.

I love getting to help mitigate fraud on our site to help our customers and helping my team succeed at the highest levels! I help develop our teammates into whatever they want to do, inside of or outside of work. My passion is helping people so this job is everything I could dream of!

I typically spend my day meeting with teammates to help them develop in their current role. I help identify root causes and how we can fix them. I strive to make the work environment as human as possible by showing compassion and empathy in everything I do. I also help identify best practices in mitigating risk and fraud on the site. We are constantly looking for new ways to do what we do everyday. Fraud is ever evolving so we have to be flexible and adaptable to new trends in our world.

I started my job at eBay in September of 2017. I applied for a general customer service job and got it but quickly moved into the fraud department. I have worked hard to become a leader and friend to all.

I just finished taking some coding courses for Java, HTML, CSS, and Python! I'm working on moving more into that world while maintaining my position at eBay. My passion is in fraud so I'm working on getting into Cyber Security.

I love doing anything and everything outdoors! My husband and I help run our family cattle farm so I'm really into all things agriculture as well as tech. I love fishing, four wheeling, hiking, and anything else outdoors!

Do one thing every day to improve yourself. It can be as small as remembering to put your laundry away or as big as enrolling in school.
