I lead all the teams and functions that enable payments to happen globally. That means enabling buyers to pay for purchases with a credit card, bank account, or digital wallet like PayPal or ApplePay, and enabling sellers on our platform to get paid in their bank account for those purchases.
I get to use all of my skills all the time in different ways and with different teams toward the common goal of enabling buyers to buy the things they want and creating economic opportunity for sellers.
I spend my time in lots of meetings collaborating with lots of different teams to understand problems, assess solutions, and implement those solutions so we can deliver more features and value to our buyers and sellers on the platform.
I have worked in the payments industry for over 20 years and held a variety of roles. All have helped me understand and lead the teams and work I am responsible for, including marketing & communications, business performance, partnerships, and operations.
My future holds more opportunities for me to use my experiences to help people and teams work more efficiently, aligned to their strengths and passions, and help them grow.
When I am not working, I am spending time with my family and our dogs or surfing. We like to prepare and enjoy great meals together, travel, and explore new places together.
