Part Time Undergraduate
I work for Arm. Arm designs computer chips which can be found in for example smartphones and tablets.
I currently work with writing software related to the testing of graphics chips which arm designs.
I that my work allows me to learn more everyday about technology and working with great people.
I spend a lot of my time writing, debugging and testing the piece of code that I'm working on. I also spend time investigate different solution, writing documentation or talking with my teammate about the different task we are working on and in that way getting help when I am stuck.
I got into electrical and electronics engineering by chance more than anything. I started a university course where I got introduced to coding which I found was so interesting. Around the same time I realized I wanted to pursue a more technical degree than the one I was currently studying and that's when I decided to apply for electrical and electronics engineering instead.
After this placement I go back to do my final year at University in the autumn and after that I hope to find a job where I can continue to work on interesting technology and to keep learning.
I really enjoy running and yoga, or really any type of sport activity. I also really enjoy spending time with friends and family.
