I develop hardware products for Internet of Things (IOT) devices.
I really enjoy working on new sensing technologies and developing hardware to communicate with the real world.
My typical day includes reading about new products in the market and new sensing technologies available, thinking how to incorporate them into my products, and testing these new ideas.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering. I have worked at different places, all helping me understand the hardware/sensors used for different applications. All that knowledge has led me to my current role at Google.
Professionally I want to solve problems to make life simpler/better for everyone. I also want to be engaged in teaching young girls how they can achieve great success with both dedication and the right path. I was the first girl in my family to earn an engineering degree. I want to share that path with others so they can expedite their progress!
I dance to Bollywood music, cook, play cricket, and have fun with my kids.
