Arm Embedded technologies - Arm defines the pervasive computing that's shaping today’s connected world. A technology that's transforming our lives — from smartphones to supercomputers, from medical instruments to agricultural sensors, and from base stations to servers.
I manage the projects/programs which involve the creation of these Intellectual property for specific customer. I ensure the same is delivered to them on agreed timelines with quality .I work with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveries.
I love the fact that I get to see so many perspectives of the same situation and get a chance to collaborate and execute the required solution by mitigating the risks .
Most of the day is meeting for me to make few ends of the strand meet & understand each other's perspective. Also delivering key messages & information on the progress to clients/customer & management.
I started my career as a developer. I discovered I needed something more which involved people management skills and working with them to achieve an Objective.I then switched to the role of Project Co -ordinator working in Live projects and took many initiatives which not only kept the team engaging but also took approach for better process improvements. This gave immense knowledge & confidence in managing projects and I landed up being Project Manager and this seemed the thing j want to do.
My future holds to work with lot of people by helping them achieve what they want and help them recognise there skills and sharpening them .
I love dancing and cooking something new . This are my fav short time gun . Longer ones are to travel with friends & family having great fun together.
