I look after a department that answers calls/chats or emails from our most valued UK buyers & sellers.
Supporting sellers drive their business further and supporting our employees by doing everything we can to make their work lives easier.
Meeting with my teams from the get go from 9am, then reviewing how the previous day went from a performance point of view & then spending my day, planning, reviewing, attending, making decisions & trying to unlock difficult situations for our employees & customers.
I started with eBay back in 2006 as a French Customer service rep representative. So many years later, I am still with eBay, loyal to the brand, an avid eBay shopper, and looking after a UK department.
Plenty of positive things...I'm a solo mum by choice, so hopefully, expanding my family, furthering my career ambition, and being happy.
Travel with my child, go to restaurants, try new things, meet friends, go to the cinema, etc.
