Arlo Technologies Inc. is a passionate and diverse group of thought leaders, creators, and developers across all disciplines dedicated to changing how people protect and connect with the people and things they love. I oversee everything related to quality, from engineering to operations. My team tracks our internal release metrics and maps it to external customer metrics, like NPS (Net Promoter Score), in order to better understand how our product decisions are affecting our customer.
I love to find problems and help fix them. Metrics is the key here and that is what I bring to organizations, along with mapping internal metrics to business impact.
I have a lot of cross-functional meetings during which we discuss the latest customer support trends (like top technical issues people call about). I meet with Product Managers and Developer Leads to make sure they properly prioritize their work to address the most important customer issues.
I started as a Quality Assurance Tester over twenty years ago and quickly realized that I enjoyed leading a team. I decided to build my resume and cover different industries: healthcare, financial, gaming, and educational technology.
I don't know exactly what my future holds, but I know it will be what I want it to be and it will be amazing!
I love to explore different parts of the world with my husband, love going to the beach with my dogs, and relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine at the end of a long day.
