Director of Change Management

Cisco Systems

I support our sales teams with training and communications. These help them understand how to do their jobs better, close more deals, and ensure their customers are maximizing the value they are getting from what we sell them, while also expanding their solutions with us. We try to embed learning into everyday activities, not just through webinars.

I love improving someone's day by making things simpler, helping them perform their core roles better, and giving them support that they need.

I am on lots of video calls!! I'm in a lot of meetings, trying to learn what changes are happening, think about how we can improve what we are doing, and working with my team and others on how we will reach our sales teams with quality training content.

I started with a Finance and Hospitality dual degree with my first job in Investment Banking. Three years after improving my attention to detail and learning the ropes in a fast paced mergers and acquisitions environment, I moved out to California for another finance role; that lasted a year and then it was time for a change. I wanted something that was more focused on relationships and helping others. I landed a job in Sales at Google and spent 10 great years there. After 6 years, I moved into a global "go to market" role with a worldwide team. I helped people become more productive with the software and 'tools' they used to do their jobs. Finally, I pivoted into Sales Enablement & Change Management at Cisco. It's been a fun journey!

I have two younger girls and I am thrilled to be able to introduce them to GLAM when they are old enough. I want to continue to motivate and inspire "early in career" individuals, help those who I serve do better, save time, and succeed. I always am after the job that keeps me learning and challenged, but in a way that I find fun and supported. I also love leading a team and finding ways to further leverage their strengths.

I enjoy Sand Volleyball, hiking, biking, gardening (I never would have said that when I was younger, but I love eating what we grow!), and most things outdoors.
