Agile Transformation Programme Manager
London Stock Exchange is one of the oldest exchanges in the world and the largest in Europe! It provides services for investors, brokers, and intermediaries to trade shares, commodities, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
I am trying to help change the way we deliver software to our clients. We want to deliver value to our customers more frequently, in a quicker timeframe, and with more security and stability.
I love the dynamic nature of our work environment; it is very fast paced! I am always problem solving and connecting the pieces together to figure out a productive plan and sustainable way of working.
My role is at the epicenter of our software delivery capabilities. Generally, I have lots of conversations with the engineers. I help ensure what we are building is aligning to what we are promising the Market. I plan for the future for meeting strategic and commercial initiatives.
I started my career as a database developer at MetLife. Very quickly, I moved into software engineering. I transitioned naturally into UX and BA, as they were considered to be emerging technologies at the time. Ultimately, I moved into management and leadership roles at various Asset Management firms.
What drives me is continuously growing and developing! This role has been particularly interesting since I don’t come from a Trade Management background, but more of a Digital Platforms background. I am very excited about the technology direction we are headed with the Cloud and Data Analytics initiatives!
I love to go on hikes, for long walks, and go traveling. It is amazing living on this side of the Pond. Every long weekend is a chance to go on a European adventure!
