I develop and manage a global recruiting team. We are responsible for finding candidates to fill various types of positions. We partner with global brands on key technology initiatives aligned to our core technology practice areas and SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings.
What first appealed to me about iTalent Digital is being a woman- and minority-led company. This is the first time in my career I've ever worked for a company like this and it is very exciting to be part of this journey. The culture and people I work with at iTalent are collaborative, innovative, and fun!
My typical day at work consists of team meetings and collaborations on all of the roles we have open to fill. We share candidates and support one another, especially on hard to fill positions. We also celebrate the big and small wins we all have! I also attend meetings with our sales team to understand what projects they're working on and how I can prepare the recruiting team for future positions they will be filling.
My journey started out as a Recruiting Coordinator. I was scheduling interviews, finding candidates, creating offer letters for Recruiters, and facilitating new hire orientations. I loved the hunt and challenge of finding candidates and was promoted to a Recruiter role. I recruited for various companies and skillsets for several years before advancing to a Recruiting Manager role. In this role, I managed a team of Recruiters and Coordinators across the country and internationally. I love coaching and mentoring teams along with the excitement of recruiting and have been in Recruiting leadership roles for the last 8 years.
I love working at a company that values diversity, innovation, and integrity. This empowers me to be my best, deliver excellent results, and show up as my authentic self, all while collaborating with an amazing team. Life is too short to not love your work!
I love to travel the world and want to see as many countries as possible. I enjoy yoga outdoors on the beach or on sunset cliffs. I love to dance and try all different styles and choreography. I adore animals, music, and laughter.
