Customer Success - Regional Leader of the Americas

Cisco Systems

I drive the execution of customer success strategies in the Americas regions, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America. I work with Senior Directors and share business priorities, what success looks like, and how we are being measured. Cisco is a technology company that delivers innovative, software-defined networking, cloud, and security solutions to help transform your business, while empowering an inclusive future for all.

I love to leverage the three languages that I speak - French, English, and Spanish - and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in sales, customer success, and renewals.

I spend a lot of time in meetings to communicate the customer success strategies, and our metrics. I also get feedback from the teams in the field to evolve these strategies.

I have a Master's degree in International Economics from La Sorbonne in France. I moved to the US 13 years ago and in 2022, I graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business from the LEAD program, which is often compared with an accelerated MBA program.

My biggest priority is to raise my daughters as the leaders of tomorrow. Career-wise, I want to go as high as possible to lead a global team working on customer experience and innovation with Artificial Intelligence (AI). I also want to continue to write and publish books, as I have published two children's books so far.

I love to travel with my family to discover new cultures. I also like to listen to audio books to continue to learn new perspectives on business, innovation, and personal development. I am also an avid dancer and I like to dance with my daughters on the kitchen floor while watching YouTube choreographers.
