I started as a coder and now I manage other managers who manage coders. I mostly join meetings all day.
I love to develop the people who work for me and see them progress. I ended up being managed by a graduate I trained. That was great.
I start with emails. Then mostly online meetings. While checking and responding to instant messages. Approving budgets and implementations
I took GCSE computer studies.. then A level, then at Uni
Hopefully a long and healthy life.
Swimming and horse riding, cuddles with my dogs.
