Go-To-Market Strategy & Program Manager

Adobe

Adobe is a technology company, changing the world through digital experiences. Our game changing innovations are redefining the possibilities of digital experiences. We connect content and data and introduce new technologies that democratize creativity, shape the next generation of storytelling, and inspire entirely new categories of business. I lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, customer engagement, and retention through scalable solutions and optimised processes tailored to meet the needs of global markets.

Connecting the dots between data-insights-people-process to manage change and drive positive outcomes.

A typical day for me involves analysing data and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities and gaps across products, Market Areas, pricing and processes with the voice of the customer at the core. Modelling data to build different scenarios and benefit-risk analysis to gain stakeholder buy-in from cross functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations and Go-To-Market teams. I run meetings collaborating with cross functional teams on strategic initiatives. Trouble shoot or measure success on projects or change programs. I also make time for a lunch time run or Zumba class. As we’re working from home, I also schedule in some virtual coffee catch up with colleagues discussing anything that is top of mind on a professional or personal level. Depending on the day, I may join a company run session on Well-being , Professional development, a quiz or an activity unrelated to my main role. I’m passionate about Social Impact , STEM and D&I initiatives and Adobe gives employees a platform and resources to impact on community. I serve on the Black Employee Network and an active member of the Adobe Social Impact Action team. A typical day could therefore involve planning a volunteering session, recruiting volunteers or supporting on a cause with external Non-for-profit organisations.

I have a STEM Education background with a BSc Biochemistry and Nutrition and a MSc Applied Human Nutrition. While studying for my Masters. degree, I got interested in the intersection between Commercial Business and the Sciences. I was at a crossroads, so I reflected on my strengths and what I enjoyed the most. This is where I realised my super power was “ connecting the dots between data-insights-people-process to drive a positive outcome. I came to the realisation that it didn’t matter which path I took as long as I was leveraging my superpowers. Since then, I’ve worked across several industries such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Fashion Retail, Furniture Retail and now in Technology. I’ve also used my skills in different functions such as strategy, operations, data analysis, financial planning , project management and change management.

Possibilities and uplifting others.
