I founded a boutique consulting company that supports clients via coaching, meditation and creativity to experience transformation. Transformation is a way of responding to life powered by what is unique within you. I coach C-suites and senior leaders at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as driven solopreneurs. I enable them to achieve massive success while staying true to their values and vision.
I get to witness individuals and businesses have AHA moments of clarity and alignment every day.
A typical day has three "sections": 1. busy work like paying bills, buying office supplies, making reports and notes, etc 2. content creation and marketing (including social media) 3. actual client interaction
I am an electrical engineer by education and spent 8 years in Wireless Technology using GSM and CDMA protocols. My employer was AT&T and I worked at six locations in Asia, North America, and Central America. When the industry lost market share to the data-driven protocols, I chose to leave and become an entrepreneur! The work that I most enjoyed in the last 3 years of my career was to nurture leaders: current and future. So, I trained in what is now called Executive Coaching (did not exist in 2001). Here I am... years later... and I am still in business and have stayed afloat and profitable!

I enjoy yoga, hiking, gardening, cooking, spending time with friends playing board games, taking long walks with my pup, and listening to retro music.
