I love working with younger engineers ensuring they have a platform to hone their skills - both soft and technical, working directly with the client and being the point of contact where issues are raised and resolved, as well as ensuring I have a platform to grow my skills and forging my path forward within a male-dominated environment.
- analysing & improving alerting & ensuring the service isn't impacted - ensuring the support queue is kept low and SLAs are not breached - reviewing and authorising any changes / releases - deploying releases from dev through to production - managing my engineers i.e. hearing their concerns, working to resolve them, people managing their goals and aspirations for their path in Kainos - working directly with the younger engineers and ensuring they grow and improve on a daily basis

I own a dachshund called Henry, so everything sausage dog-related! Enjoy a wide range of things from gardening to football, to cooking to watching box sets, watching most sports to reading! One day, I could be doing home improvements, the next I could be on my way to Galway for a weekend. I enjoy a wide plethora of activities!
