University Relations Senior Program Manager

Developing great technology takes more than talent: it takes amazing people who understand collaboration, respect, and who will go the “extra mile” to achieve unthinkable results. It takes people who have the passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries, deliver innovation, and change the world.

A series of interesting Project and Program Management roles together with my teaching & coaching experience led me to my true calling, Early Careers. Helping students and new graduates navigate the transition from academia to industry is both challenging and rewarding. I love working with young graduates and help them shape their future. DEI is a huge part of my day to day, working with and belonging to a different number of ERGs has opened my mind and heart in unimaginable ways.

I manage the University Relations Group, which means I develop and implement strategies to recruit talent from universities. I also manage relationships with universities and faculty, and plan events to engage with students.

I have a degree on International Relations and I have been very fortunate to have an interesting career from working as International Hostess on a Cruise ship to running my own events company and becoming a Project Manager which I really enjoy. Arm has allowed me to use so many different skills and even though I am all grown up, I am still learning new ones every day!

I love sewing and cooking and I spend loads of my spare team doing that. We are very lucky to have the most amazing allotment where we grow all our fresh produce and even have chickens! I have 2 beautiful and creative daughters and a husband who is supportive of me trying new hobbies!
