I am involved in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). I am building skills in cross-functional team leadership.
I love to see everyone's hard work pay off.
I spend my day running program meetings, huddles and stand ups. I am responsible for risk management and deliverable reporting. I also look into Program governance.
I studied Business Management at Oxford Brookes University. During this time, I held a 1 year placement within the IT-Finance department at Arm. In 2019, I returned to Arm to do a 2 year graduate scheme in IT. This involved rotations in: Business Change, IP Delivery, Technology Service Groups, Product Development, and Finance. I've been promoted within Arm since then!
The future is completely open for me! I'd love to travel with work more. I'm part of the global grade team and DEI for IT. It would be great to see how other offices and cultures work.
I do weight lifting and have a general gym obsession! I love spending time with my friends and family, walking the dog, and cooking.
