Senior Business Program Manager for Azure Infrastructure and Migration Programs

Microsoft

I act as a key driver for driving customer cloud adoption by managing the entire Azure migration process from start to finish. I lead and oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale initiatives focused on migrating customer infrastructure to the Azure cloud. This includes developing migration plans, managing cross-functional teams, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring successful adoption of Azure services across customer organizations.

I love working with smart, motivated people and having the autonomy to find creative solutions to problems.

I spend a few hours a day in meetings, listening and learning so that I can identify areas for improvement. I spend the rest of my time building solutions for these problems and reporting findings to leadership.

I never expected to work in tech! I studied Spanish at university with the intention to become a lawyer. When I decided law wasn't for me, I took a sales support job and found I loved the fast-paced nature of sales. I worked in sales support at a couple of smaller UK companies before landing at Arm. There, I grew my role from basic order entry to worldwide sales reporting by taking on more complex challenges over time. Since joining Microsoft, I have become more skilled in transforming data into actionable insights and operationalizing strategic initiatives.

I never want to stop learning! I'd like to back to school to earn an MBA, take a coding course or two, and travel as much as I can.

I like to spend my free time reading. I also enjoy hiking with my husband and son.
