Senior Manager, Customer Experience & Success

I run the Customer Intelligence function in Arm’s customer-facing group. My role specialises in Customer Insights and Customer Satisfaction where my team is responsible for the analysis and presentation of 360 customer data in the form of visual analytics and highlighting trends in customer satisfaction to the group management team.

I love how my role brings together technology and data with business requirements and business objectives. By bringing together and visualising customer data from different systems, it enables us to tell a story that informs and supports business goals and brings customer activity and sentiment to life.

My typical day involves a mix of thinking time, working closely with my team , collaborating with people across geographies, and having fun doing what I'm doing! :)

Prior to this role, I worked with the Arm IT team as a Business Analyst on medium/ large scale cross-divisional IT projects, with multiple stakeholders within and external to Arm. Before joining Arm I completed my degree in Electronics & Instrumentation engineering in India and worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Quality Assurance Analyst following which I completed my post-graduate degree from Warwick Business School with a Masters in Information System Management & Innovation.

A role where i continue to enjoy what I'm doing and work with people who are great to work with; where I can learn something new everyday and feel like my work is making a difference.

I love to travel! Experiencing a new place, its culture, its food and its sights - there's nothing like it! I can't wait for the pandemic to be over so I can travel again!
