I lead a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and that the team is productive. I also work with the team to develop and improve the software that Cisco uses.

I grow and mentor software engineers and technical leaders. I track and deliver projects on time, oversee, and collaborate for the success of team's charter. I review all work produced by the team. I also provide continuous feedback and performance review of engineers.
I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visveswariah Technological University (VTU) in Belgaum, India. Soon after, I came to the US and attended Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY for a Master of Science in Computer Science. I have explored different domain storage/networking during the 10+ years I've worked in the industry. I have progressed to management and now support teams of engineers.
