I manage our Operations team, which includes both our Financial and Communication teams. I'm responsible for translating the company’s vision for social justice into actionable plans and programs, including managing a $35 million enterprise-wide social justice budget.
I love that we do so much good in the world, not just for Cisco itself.
I have a lot of meetings. I spend my day responding to emails, getting updates in meetings, and multi-tasking a lot.
You must be able to multi-task and be OK with leading teams, even when you are not the boss.
I am earning my Master's degree now and I hope to have more responsibility at Cisco.
I love playing cards, hiking, and binge-watching TV.
