Jessica Rueda Beltran
ACI Technical Leader
Cisco Systems
All the technical information that I process is to make sure that the engineers' jobs are easier, either with training or solving the escalations.
You get to feel like a hero!
I spend most days solving technical issues and teaching the engineers.
I went to university in Colombia and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. I started working for a third party company for 3 years. Then I began working for Cisco directly.
There are too many different options!
I like to read and play with my pets.
"You don't love because: you love despite; not for the virtues, but despite the faults." - William Faulkner Even with bad days, I love my job.
