Lead Member of Technical Staff

Salesforce

Salesforce specializes in providing innovative cloud-based solutions for customer relationship management. I lead a technical team, which bridges technology and business to drive impactful solutions. We architect solutions that seamlessly align with and address a business's evolving needs, ensuring optimal performance and innovation.

I love engaging with businesses, unraveling their challenges, and collaborating with my team to craft tailored solutions that make a real impact.

My typical workday kicks off with stand-up calls and dives into insightful business meetings. Lunchtime is either a social outing with colleagues or a cozy meal at home with my husband. Post-lunch, I focus on hands-on work, aiming for a balance between collaboration and individual contributions.

I earned my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA in Faridabad, India. I worked for several years as a Consultant and Project Lead before relocating to the US and essentially starting anew. Juggling technology shifts due to location constraints and family responsibilities, my supportive husband played a crucial role. I've now been at Salesforce for almost 10 years and I couldn't be happier with the journey.

My future holds a dual focus - advancing in my career trajectory while passionately working towards empowering underprivileged individuals, particularly women, to shape a brighter future. I am involved with a nonprofit organization in India and I aspire to contribute significantly to this cause.

I cherish moments with my high schooler and fifth-grader. We engage in lively board games at night. I enjoy the melodic tunes of Indian classical instruments played by my musically-inclined kids. At weekends, socializing within limits, we often meet friends. Whenever time permits, we are dedicated to the rejuvenating adventures of hiking.
