I provide oversight, strategic and tactical direction to the senior leadership over the development of new innovative products based on market and consumer insights. I lead an engineering team of 5, working on a strategic research and development projects. I plan the resources and raise the budget for all the innovation and pre-development projects of my engineering department.
I can influence the final product in a very early stage. I bring innovation into new products.

I have a degree in industrial engineering and mechatronics. I started working in Italy as a quality manager and left to live abroad. Since joining Audi, I have had different roles in the exterior development, the internal entrepreneurship program, and as a manager. I also joined both the women and international networks.
I wish I could go back to Italy as an entrepreneur.
I spend time in the mountains ⛰. I work on entrepreneurial projects.
