I support employee philanthropic engagement efforts so that our employees can give back in the ways they can (such as volunteering or donating) to support the causes they are most passionate about, as well as supporting our company CSR efforts.

I get to support thousands of charities every day through the generosity of our employees! I always say I'm in the "feel good" side of business.

I work with employees to create volunteer and giving opportunities - either on an individual basis, or if their team or group want to come together for a bigger impact. For example, a belonging group that brings employees together from similar ethnic backgrounds can choose to donate some of their team budget to a charity that is supporting digital literacy efforts for their local communities and the same ethnic background.

I began my career in the sports industry, starting in Marketing, then Communications, then Community managing the charitable foundation for a sports team. I switched to the tech industry two years ago where I have been in the same role since joining!

I want to continue to help the world work better for people, in any way I can both professionally and personally. I continue to evaluate my daily habits and practices to see if I can make simple swaps to better help my impact on the environment.

I love to get outdoors and hike as much as possible!

"You can always come home" - my parents encouraged me to attend college in a different state from where I grew up, and also fostered my sense of wanderlust. I was always grateful that they inspired me to explore the world as much as I can, knowing home was always waiting for me - now matter how long I've been "away."
